Description
CiviCRM 4.6.10 contains changes that made the billing address mandatory for all payment processors. This seems to be o.k. for the 'built-in' payment processors, but it definitely breaks the workflow with our SEPA direct debit payment processor.
I know there has been some discussion about whether the billing address should be mandatory (see e.g. HERE), but most of our clients would prefer making the donation process as easy as possible over being on the safe side with regards to fraud. In any case, there should be at least be a switch for this - maybe we can add an attribute to the payment processor...
Also: changing something as fundamental as required fields is, in my opinion, not something that can just be dropped into a minor release.
