Transaction ID no longer included in contribution receipt email (regression)

      Description

      In 4.6 the 'Transaction #' is included in contribution email receipts.

      In 4.7 it is no longer included in the email, but the logic to display it is still in the template. So the transaction ID is probably not being correctly assigned to the template somewhere.
