Import and assign to group and assign to group via import

Users should be able to assign contacts to a group during import.

Also, users should be able to assign existing contacts to a group by importing a list. A feature that would allow users to export contacts, work with them in an external format (for example xls on a laptop at a registration table of an event) then reimport the list assigning all attendees to a group for people who attended the event.
