Fatal error using webform - "no such table" - caused by CiviVolunteer?

      Description

      I selected 2.1.0 above because I don't see 2.1.1 as an Affects Version choice. I'm on 2.1.1., Civi 4.6.19.0 and Drupal 7.50 .

I previously created a webform using webform-civicrm, which worked as desired. There are no CiviVolunteer fields used on the webform. I updated to CiviVolunteer 2.1.1 after creating the webform. I disabled 2.1.1 after seeing the issue in VOL-238.

Now, I'm getting an error message when trying to use the webform - "no such table".

I re-enabled 2.1.1 to see if doing that made a difference. It did not.

I've attached the fatal error message from the Drupal log, as well as the backtrace.

I really would like to get the webform working again. I'll try disabling and totally removing CiviVolunteer 2.1.1 as a fix.

      Any help appreciated!
