            Description

            The "Volunteer Roster" screen has an email button with a mailto: link

            Leveraging the Email activity would allow the system to record that at email has been sent against the contact.

            Would be nice if this could be done for SMSes also, but it doesn't look like there's a simple way (i.e. Not mass SMS) to do this.
