            Description

            This is part of the move to use datepicker rather than jcalendar above the board.

            I identified earlier a number of bugs that were not easily solvable without resolving the double-widget issue. (CRM-19490, CRM-18387, CRM-20012, CRM-20011, CRM-15948, CRM-19911)

            I am 'chipping away' at this rather than making all the changes in one release to give the canary a good chance to warble.

            I believe this change only affects the batch update action available from a participant search. This fields does not seem to be exposed in other editable profile screens
