            Description

            This is part of the move to use datepicker rather than jcalendar above the board.
            I identified earlier a number of bugs that were not easily solvable without resolving the double-widget issue. (CRM-19490, CRM-18387, CRM-20012, CRM-20011, CRM-15948, CRM-19911)

            I am 'chipping away' at this rather than making all the changes in one release to give the canary a good chance to warble.

            I believe this change only affects the batch update action available from an activity or the activity edit by profile screen. This fields does not seem to be exposed in other editable profile screens
